The Answer is Always Pizza

During my pregnancy journey (or my whole family's because it really does take a tribe) I thought I was in the clear for the famous cravings. I really hadn't wanted or needed something... you know that MUST EAT ITEM. I mean i love avocado and ice cream, but doesn't everyone?

Finally the craving hit, beautifully healthy (HA!) and great for my sensitive stomach (DOUBLE HA!).. all I wanted and needed was PIZZA. PIZZA was the answer, it made me happy, it filled me and it was a great excuse to leave the house.

1. Jakes NY Pizza

What will you find here? New York style pizza slices as big as your face and a spacious deck for pups to sit by your side. And of course great pizza. They might not be the most adventurous of flavors but they are so well made that it is impossible to say no.

When the logo of the pizza place is inspired by a rottweiler named Nala, you know that this place will love their dogs. Venture here with your pup if you are looking for pizza with unique flavors and big pay by the slice options.

3. Antigua Boreal

Deep dish a lo chapin. The best (maybe the only?) chicago deep dish style pizza in Guatemala. they'ev got your layers of toppings, cheese and sauce and of course it is made like a pie. Yes it takes a while but the wait is worth it.

4. L'Apero

Wood oven pizza, unique flavors, pet friendly and seasonal flavors. Yes, this is true artesanal pizza. Even if I personally don't agree with some of the no sauce pizzas, or none marinera ones... I haven't found a flavor that doesn't hit the spot. You know what I mean!
